Naomi Song Bear is a visual artist working under the name Gnomi Bear, based in Vancouver, Washington. Her work spans graphite, screen printing, resin, and digital illustration — sweet on the surface, a little strange underneath.

She holds a BFA in Printmaking from Texas State University (2010) and spent the years after school drawing and screen printing in Houston, showing her work in a handful of exhibitions alongside a circle of friends in the local street art scene. She now works as a Senior Graphic Designer by day, and makes art the rest of the time.

Eyes are the constant across her work—the first mark made, the last thing resolved.

When not drawing, she enjoys TTRPGs, learning how to make dice, and picking up random rocks.
